The BACB requires RBTs to receive ongoing supervision that totals at least 5% of the direct service hours they deliver each month, with a minimum of two face-to-face supervision contacts per month. At least one of those contacts must be individual (one-on-one), and at least one must include an observed session where the supervisor watches the RBT deliver service.
