SupervisionLog is a HIPAA-conscious ABA supervision tool built by a BCBA who lived the documentation grind — logging who you supervised, when you met, what you covered, and a narrative for every session, then scrambling to assemble it all when an audit letter arrived. It exists for one reason: to make that moment stress-free, because every required supervision record is already complete, organized, and ready to hand over as audit-ready documentation.

The suite serves two audiences in one place. Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and fieldwork trainees get a one-minute logging habit with notes that write themselves. RBTs and trainees log the supervision they receive, track their standing against the BACB's 5% supervision requirement each month, and carry a portable record with them if they switch agencies. Both sides compile entries into clean, audit-friendly supervision records with monthly breakdowns — formatted to paste straight into an audit response. SupervisionLog works alongside tools you already use, like CentralReach, Rethink, and Catalyst, so it supplements rather than replaces your existing workflow.

SupervisionLog is built by a BCBA and a small, independent team focused on one audience: the behavior-analytic professionals who juggle clinical work, compliance, and paperwork every day.
